Development Committee

The scrutiny body of the Society, concerned with the maintenance and improvement of our environment. It responds to planning applications in Salisbury District, and encourages architectural projects of quality through its Conservation and New Buildings Awards. It also seeks to encourage informed debate of current issues.

General Purposes Committee

Events,  visits and lecture meetings are organised  with specific reference to the interests of its members.   The promotion of the Society is made by the publicity of activities, through the members’ newsletter, the press, social media and the website.
